- Displayed prices apply to small-group instruction. One-to-one pricing is provided following the assessment.
- Final plan recommendations are made following the consultation and assessment.
- Each plan normally runs for five to six months.
- Payment is due monthly, before the first scheduled session of each month.
- Plan hours are allocated monthly and must be used within that month unless a session is cancelled by HKay Academy.
- Unused hours do not carry forward.
- Cancellation and renewal conditions are provided before enrollment.
- Sessions are 1.5 hours, and scheduling is confirmed monthly.
- HKay will communicate academy-initiated schedule changes at least two days in advance.
- Parent-requested changes should be submitted at least two days before the scheduled session.
